Thank you to Andrew Wright Windows for first-class customer service today three years after they installed our front door. The issue we had was down to user error but the Andrew Wright team couldn't have been more understanding - what a lovely team! Excellent customer service and we couldn't recommend them more! We'll definitely use them again.

From the beginning of my initial online experience, to meeting Craig who met with me in my home and left catalogues to help me select a new front door, to the surveyor confirming measurements in person and finally to this morning when I met Shug, who installed my new, green, composite door on his own and left no mess behind. He was very courteous, competent and helpful at advising about not leaving the house without a front door key and being accidentally locked out! I've been extremely impressed with the exemplary customer service from everyone, including Amy via telephone and email communication. I had two large windows to the front of my property installed. They gave me a date and a price that worked for me and the windows are great, stopping the road noise that was previously very loud. The job was done to a high standard and the fitters cleaned up afterwards inside and out. I had a phone call after the job was completed to make sure I was happy. From start to finish the service was excellent. The two fitters who came out to install the windows and the administration staff were efficient and friendly and the windows are exactly what we were looking for.

Andrew Wrights team really pulled the stops for me. The lock on my patio doors (from a previous, different company) simply disintegrated. I called Andrew Wright and they came out on the same day to do the measurements. They manufactured my new doors super quick and fitted them. I am really happy with them - they are a lot sturdier then the previous doors. The guys who fitted them were very good (and patient, with all my daft questions). I was amazed how tidy the job was - I thought I was going to have to do some redecoration, but that was not required thanks to some creative thinking by the fitters.

We had our windows fitted by Andrew Wright and what a difference it has made. We had wooden windows before and the drafts that came through and the noise when it was windy, such a difference now and they look great and are easy to clean. Customer service was great and the fitters left no mess at all, would highly recommend Andrew Wright Windows.
